Shipments and Returns
Shipments
Many items are made / printed to order. As a general rule, packages are dispatched within 10-14 working days from our receipt of cleared payment and are shipped via royal mail. All packages are tracked and are sent as recorded items. They will require a signature upon delivery. In the event you are not at the delivery address when the item is delivered, a calling card will be left with instructions on how you collect the parcel in person from your nearest Royal Mail depot, or arrange re-delivery at your convienience. Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs.
Returns
We do not accept returns unless the items have been sent through our own error, or (strictly by express prior arrangement) when goods are returned in new, re-saleable condition. We reserve the right to decline returns, as all items are printed to order and we hold no stock. In the event that an order is wrong through no fault of our own and is returned to us with our permission, a fee equal to the postage cost will be deducted from any refund to cover re-postage where nessesary and re-stocking. You will be liable for postage to ship the items back to us in cases where we have authorised a return.

Downloadable Items
Items on our website that are downloadable, will be available for download within minutes of a completed, cleared payment. Once you have paid and the funds are cleared (instant with most payments) you will receive an email confirming payment. You will also pretty much instantly receive an email containing links to your download. The very fact these emails contain links subjects them to the possibility of ending up in your trash.... so, check spam folders, etc when you do not receive downloadable item notifications.
We do not accept returns for downloadable documents.
Items will be available for download for a period of 160 days from the date of purchase.
Copying of any downloaded document, reproducing a downloadable document in full or in part in any print, electronic or online media is strictly prohibited. All documents are subject to copyright.
