All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We will not be liable for disappointment or other losses suffered due to product unavailability or delays in printing customised items.
All prices on our website are exclusive of packing and delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time of placing your order. You will be told the total price of all the goods you are purchasing, including packing and delivery charges, before your order is confirmed.
Our responsibility for everything other than damage to the goods caused by our negligence ends from the time we first attempt to deliver them to you. We will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay or failure of delivery of the goods. All items are sent by recorded delivery and are insured against non delivery. You must co-operate with royal mail in any non delivery investigation in order for us to seek a refund payment from royal mail on your behalf.
We retain ownership of the goods until we have received payment from you in full. All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation from the card issuer. If we do not receive authorisation we will not deliver your goods and will not be liable to you for delay or non-delivery.
We do not offer a returns policy. This is because all items are printed to order, for you specifically. This excludes downloaded items, for which we offer no refund or exchange policy.
We use the best garments and bags and all our products are made to order and printed by hand from computer generated artwork. This is why we cannot accept returns.
In certain cirmcumstances and strictly by prior arrangement, we may accept a returned item for re-stocking if we deem the item to be in perfect condition, suitable for resale and likely to be purchased (ie. a popular item).

Our policy is to post items to you as soon as customised items are completed. Downloadable items will be made available instantly upon receipt of cleared payment.
